J Online Service Consultant LLC provides professional, project-based consulting services delivered entirely online. The Company does not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. All engagements result in digital deliverables transmitted electronically to the Client.
Services are organized into three divisions:
Writing Services for professional writing drafts, research and Data gathering support, document review, editing, and related services
AI Training Services (Omni Annotate AI) data labelling, annotation, dataset preparation, and quality assurance
AutoCAD Drafting & Design Services (J CAD Draft) 2D and 3D technical drawings, floor plans, site plans, and engineering drafts
All services are performed remotely by the Company’s team and delivered to the Client via electronic means. No in-person meetings, site visits, or physical deliveries are involved unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Deliverables are transmitted by email or a secure file sharing link in the formats specified in the project proposal (for example, DOCX, PDF, DWG, DXF, CSV, or JSON). The Client receives access to deliverables upon the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Service, including receipt of any applicable payment.
Delivery timelines are agreed individually for each engagement and documented in the project proposal or statement of work. The table below provides general guidance; actual timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
| Service | Typical Timeframe | Deliverable Format |
|---|---|---|
| Writing Services | 2–10 business days | DOCX, PDF |
| AI Training Services | Varies by dataset size | CSV, JSON, XML, or as agreed |
| AutoCAD Drafting | 5–20 business days | DWG, DXF, PDF |
Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and all required source materials, briefs, or datasets have been provided by the Client. Delays attributable to the Client (including late briefs, incomplete materials, or delayed approvals) extend the agreed timeline proportionally.
Each engagement follows this standard workflow:
The Company issues a written project proposal specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
The Client approves the proposal and pays the agreed deposit through the Stripe-hosted invoice or payment page provided by the Company. The project proposal and the Stripe-hosted invoice reference the applicable policies and include links to their full text on the Company’s website. By completing payment, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Service, Cancellation Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy, Privacy Policy, and this Service Delivery Policy.
The Company commences work upon receipt of the deposit and all required materials.
Deliverables are submitted for Client review. The Client may request revisions within the agreed revision rounds.
Final deliverables (including editable source files where applicable) are released upon receipt of the remaining balance.
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and the dispute resolution process are governed by the Company’s separate Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of every engagement and are accepted by the Client at the time of payment.

The website and all policy pages will always remain publicly accessible. The Company will not place policy pages behind password protection, geo-blocking, IP restrictions, maintenance screens, or any other barrier that would prevent a visitor, payment processor, or regulatory body from viewing the site and its policies under normal browsing conditions. If the website is temporarily unavailable for technical maintenance, the Company will restore public access as soon as reasonably practicable.
For every transaction processed through the Stripe-hosted invoice or payment page provided by the Company, the Company retains a payment and acceptance record that includes the following:

The Client’s email address and, where available, the Stripe customer or payment identifier
The version identifiers or URLs of each policy the Client accepted
A copy of the project proposal issued to the Client, including the policy references and links contained in it
These records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a minimum of two (2) years after the engagement ends and are available to support any payment-processor inquiry, chargeback dispute, or regulatory review. Where the Company updates a policy, the previous version is archived and remains accessible for reference in connection with engagements accepted under that version.
